The actress did her first cover song on Undiporaadhey‘s sad version with Arnav Arya. In 2019 Sapna was part of Varahan Naaga Cherry’s web series Choti Zindagi making her debut in the web series world.
Sapna’s debut Film ‘Nenu Kidnap Ayyanu’ is a group of aspiring engineers struggling to get their prestigious project approved but get dissmissed by Dubey(an eliete software legend) saying it’s mediocre. But soon, the engineers discover that Dubey has deceived them. So to take revenge they kidnap him but not really.
