Trey Hardesty James is a co-founder and the CEO of the career development and assessment firm CareerFitter which he founded along with his partner, David White. He held numerous sales and marketing positions for many business organizations, mainly including Texas Instruments and MCI Communications. It gained popularity soon and in 1966, got a recording contract with Motown Records. But sadly, James was caught by military authorities as he was found guilty and given a one-year prison term for evading the US Navy. Later, Rick relocated again to California after his release from prison, where he relaunched his musical career.
